隐私政策
doua笔记（doua Notes，以下简称“本应用”）尊重并保护您的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何收集、使用、存储和披露信息，以及您可以如何管理自己的信息。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读。
一、我们收集的信息
您在本地创建的内容：包括笔记标题、正文、标签、分类、图片附件、待办状态、截止时间、复习时间和优先级等。这些内容主要保存在设备本地数据库和应用私有目录中。
您主动提供的联系信息：如果您主动向我们的联系邮箱发送邮件，我们会收到您在邮件中提供的邮箱地址、邮件内容和附件，并仅在处理咨询、反馈或技术支持时使用。
本应用不主动收集的信息：本应用本身不主动收集设备唯一标识符、IP 地址、精确位置信息、通讯录、联系人、广告标识符，也不建立跨应用或跨网站的行为画像。除操作系统或应用商店自身的必要处理外，本应用不集成广告、数据分析或崩溃追踪 SDK。
二、权限和设备功能
本应用只会在您使用相关功能时请求必要权限：
- 照片或文件权限：用于选择图片附件、导入备份或保存您主动导出的文件；
- 通知权限：用于发送您主动设置的待办提醒；
- 系统分享：仅在您主动发起分享时，将您选择的内容交给系统分享面板或您选定的第三方应用。
您可以在应用设置或操作系统设置中随时撤回相关权限。撤回权限可能导致对应功能无法使用，但不会影响已保存在设备本地的数据。
三、我们如何使用信息
- 在您的设备上保存、搜索、分类、归档和展示笔记；
- 保存和展示您主动添加的图片附件；
- 管理待办事项和复习计划，并在您授权后发送本地提醒；
- 执行您主动发起的备份导出、备份导入和系统分享；
- 回复您主动发送的咨询、反馈或技术支持邮件；
- 履行适用的法律法规、司法程序或监管要求。
四、信息的共享与披露
本应用不会出售、交换、出租或以其他方式商业化您的笔记、图片或其他个人内容。
只有在以下情形下，相关信息才可能离开本应用的本地环境：
- 您主动使用系统分享、导出或备份功能，将内容发送给您选择的第三方应用、设备或存储位置；
- 您主动向我们发送联系邮件，邮件会由电子邮件服务商按照其自身政策进行传输和存储；
- 为遵守适用法律法规、司法程序或政府机关的合法要求。
本应用不集成广告 SDK、个性化广告 SDK、跨应用跟踪 SDK 或第三方数据分析 SDK，也不会将本地笔记内容提供给广告或数据经纪服务。
五、信息的存储与安全
笔记数据和图片附件使用设备沙盒、本地数据库和应用私有文件目录保存。除非您主动导出、分享或发送，本应用不会将这些内容上传到服务器。
删除笔记并清空回收站后，本应用会删除对应记录及图片文件。备份文件一旦被您导出到设备、云盘或其他应用，其安全性由相应设备、服务或第三方应用负责。
我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护信息安全，但互联网传输和电子存储无法保证绝对安全。
六、您的权利
您可以在本应用内查看、编辑、分类、导出、备份或删除自己的笔记和图片，也可以撤回照片、文件或通知权限。由于本应用默认不建立云端账号和远程个人资料，我们通常无法替您从服务器中检索或删除本地数据；您可以直接在设备内管理这些数据。

七、第三方服务
本应用使用操作系统提供的照片选择、文件选择、通知和系统分享能力。您主动使用系统分享或打开第三方链接时，相关第三方可能按照其自身隐私政策处理信息。本应用不对第三方服务的隐私实践负责，建议您在使用前阅读其隐私政策。
八、儿童隐私
本应用不面向4岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童个人信息。如果我们发现无意中收到儿童个人信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们，我们会在合理范围内协助处理。
九、隐私政策的变更
我们可能根据应用功能、法律法规或隐私实践的变化更新本政策。更新后的政策会在本文件中公布，并以新的更新日期为准。若发生重大变更，我们会通过应用内提示或其他适当方式提醒您。

Privacy Policy
doua Notes ("the App") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, where it is stored, and when it may be disclosed. Please read it carefully before using the App.
1. Information We Collect
Content you create locally: This may include note titles, text, tags, categories, image attachments, to-do status, due dates, review dates, and priority settings. This content is primarily stored in the device's local database and private app directory.
Contact information you provide: If you email our contact address, we receive the email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them only to respond to questions, feedback, or support requests.
Information the App does not actively collect: The App itself does not actively collect device identifiers, IP addresses, precise location, contacts, advertising identifiers, or cross-app or cross-website behavioral profiles. Apart from processing required by the operating system or app store, the App does not integrate advertising, analytics, or crash-tracking SDKs.
2. Permissions and Device Features
The App requests permissions only when you use the related feature:
- Photo or file access: to choose image attachments, import backups, or save files that you explicitly export;
- Notification permission: to deliver to-do reminders that you explicitly configure;
- System sharing: only when you initiate sharing, to pass the content you select to the system share sheet or a third-party app you choose.
You can withdraw these permissions at any time in the App settings or the operating system settings. Withdrawing a permission may disable the related feature but does not delete data already stored locally on your device.
3. How We Use Information
- Save, search, categorize, archive, and display your notes on your device;
- Save and display images that you choose to attach;
- Manage to-dos and review plans and, after authorization, send local reminders;
- Process backups, imports, and system sharing actions that you initiate;
- Respond to questions, feedback, or support emails that you send to us;
- Comply with applicable laws, legal processes, or regulatory requirements.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
The App does not sell, exchange, rent, or otherwise commercialize your notes, images, or other personal content.
Information may leave the App's local environment only in the following situations:
- You explicitly use system sharing, export, or backup features to send content to an app, device, or storage location you choose;
- You send us an email, which is transmitted and stored by email service providers under their own policies;
- Disclosure is required by applicable law, legal process, or a lawful government request.
The App does not integrate advertising SDKs, personalized advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking SDKs, or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not provide local note content to advertising or data-broker services.
5. Storage and Security
Note data and image attachments are stored in the device sandbox, local database, and private app directory. Unless you explicitly export, share, or email them, the App does not upload this content to a server.
After you delete notes and empty the trash, the App removes the corresponding records and image files. Once you export a backup to a device, cloud drive, or another app, the security of that copy is governed by the relevant device, service, or third-party app.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your Rights
You can view, edit, categorize, export, back up, or delete your notes and images in the App. You can also withdraw photo, file, or notification permissions. Because the App does not normally create a cloud account or remote user profile, we generally cannot retrieve or delete local data for you from a server; you can manage that data directly on your device.

7. Third-Party Services
The App uses photo pickers, file pickers, notifications, and system sharing provided by the operating system. When you initiate system sharing or open a third-party link, the relevant third party may process information under its own privacy policy. The App is not responsible for third-party privacy practices; please review their policies before using those services.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 4 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If we learn that we have unintentionally received such information, please contact us at the address below and we will assist with reasonable handling.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App's features, laws, or privacy practices change. The revised policy will be published in this file and will take effect on its updated date. If a material change occurs, we will provide an in-app notice or another appropriate notice.
