隐私政策
墨记（Moji Note，以下简称“本应用”）尊重并保护您的隐私。本政策说明本应用如何收集、使用、存储和披露信息。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读。
一、我们收集的信息
您在本地创建的内容：包括笔记标题、正文、标签、您创建的分类、图片附件、待办状态和截止时间。这些内容保存在设备本地数据库和应用私有目录中。
权限和通知信息：当您主动添加图片或设置待办提醒时，本应用会请求照片、文件或通知权限。提醒时间保存在本地，并由 iOS 系统通知服务触发。
广告和设备信息：本应用集成穿山甲（Pangle）GroMore 广告 SDK。SDK可能根据授权和系统设置处理设备型号、操作系统、网络状态、IP地址、广告标识符、广告展示/点击及诊断日志等信息。本应用不主动收集精确位置、通讯录或录音。
二、我们如何使用信息
- 在设备上保存、搜索、分类、归档和展示您的笔记；
- 保存和展示您主动添加的图片附件；
- 管理待办状态，并在您授权后发送本地提醒；
- 请求、展示广告并统计广告效果；
- 响应您主动发起的备份导出、导入或系统分享操作；
- 履行适用的法律法规要求。
三、信息的共享与披露
本应用不会出售、交换或出租您的笔记、图片或其他个人内容。仅在获得您的授权、法律法规要求，或为提供广告服务而由穿山甲 SDK 按其隐私政策处理必要设备和广告信息时，才可能发生信息处理或共享。
四、图片、通知与广告权限
添加图片时，本应用仅读取您选择的图片，并复制到应用私有目录。除非您主动导出或分享，本应用不会将图片保存回系统图库，也不会上传图片。
通知权限用于提醒待办事项。您可以在应用设置或 iOS 系统设置中随时关闭。
iOS 14及以上版本可能请求 App Tracking Transparency（ATT）权限。您可以拒绝或在系统设置中撤回，撤回后广告可能不再个性化，但不影响笔记功能。穿山甲隐私政策见官方页面。
五、信息的存储与安全
本应用使用设备沙盒、本地数据库和私有文件目录保存笔记数据。删除笔记并清空回收站后，本应用会删除对应记录及图片文件。我们采取合理措施保护信息，但互联网传输和电子存储无法保证绝对安全。
六、您的权利
您可以在应用内查看、编辑、分类、导出或删除自己的笔记和图片，也可以在系统设置中撤回照片、通知或ATT权限。如需咨询或行使相关权利，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
七、儿童隐私
本应用不面向13周岁以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童个人信息。如发现误收集，我们会在合理范围内协助处理。
八、隐私政策的变更
我们可能根据功能或法律变化更新本政策。更新后的政策会在本文件公布，并以新的更新日期为准。重大变更会通过适当方式提示。

Privacy Policy
Moji Note ("the App") respects and protects your privacy. This policy explains how the App collects, uses, stores, and discloses information. Please read it carefully before using the App.
1. Information We Collect
Content you create locally: This includes note titles, text, tags, categories you create, image attachments, to-do status, and due dates. This content is stored in the device's local database and private app directory.
Permission and notification information: When you add an image or set a to-do reminder, the App may request photo, file, or notification permissions. Reminder times are stored locally and delivered by iOS system notification services.
Advertising and device information: The App integrates the Pangle (穿山甲) GroMore advertising SDK. Subject to your authorization and system settings, the SDK may process device model, operating system, network status, IP address, advertising identifiers, ad impressions/clicks, and diagnostic logs. The App does not actively collect precise location, contacts, or audio recordings.
2. How We Use Information
- Save, search, categorize, archive, and display your notes on the device;
- Save and display images that you choose to attach;
- Manage to-dos and send local reminders after your authorization;
- Request, display, and measure advertising performance;
- Process backups, imports, or system sharing actions that you initiate;
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
The App does not sell, exchange, or rent your notes, images, or other personal content. Information may be processed or shared only with your authorization, when required by law, or when the Pangle SDK processes necessary device and advertising information under its privacy policy to provide advertising services.
4. Image, Notification, and Advertising Permissions
When you add an image, the App reads only the image you select and copies it to the private app directory. Unless you explicitly export or share it, the App does not save the image back to your system gallery or upload it.
Notification permission is used for to-do reminders. You can disable it in the App settings or iOS system settings at any time.
On iOS 14 and later, the App may request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission. You may deny or withdraw it in system settings. Ads may then be less personalized, but note features are unaffected. See the official Pangle privacy policy.
5. Storage and Security
The App uses the device sandbox, local database, and private file directory to store note data. After you delete notes and empty the trash, the App removes the corresponding records and image files. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your Rights
You can view, edit, categorize, export, or delete your notes and images in the App. You can also withdraw photo, notification, or ATT permissions in system settings. For questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at the email below.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If such information is found, we will assist with reasonable deletion procedures.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as features or laws change. The revised policy will be published in this file and will take effect on its updated date. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate means.
